About this Release
In each release there may be new features and functions that require one or all of the following:
· Purchase of a module to access
· User Training
· Specific process to be used to ensure correct functioning
Please read the release notes and the corresponding manual pages to ensure that you understand the changes being made, what module they are associated with and how they impact on your business processes.

Release Notes for CareRight 6.72
Mandatory Statutory Reporting values with error - that are configured to be hidden will now be visible when you run the report!

In some cases, Admission Categories value that are configured to be hidden but are mandatory values for Statutory Reporting will have validation errors. For these hidden values, users are now shown and prompted which values and records require action.
For example: Care Type is a hidden field.
You can click on the admission link and edit and under Admission Category Configuration, tick Display Hidden Fields
Edit the field required.
Archive Admission Categories

Admission Categories will now have 2 two tabs at the top:
- Current
- Archived
This feature allows an Admin User to archive and un archive admission category. If an admission category is archived then it should not be displayed as an available admission category in the following screen!
- New Pre Admission
- Admit
- Change Admission Categories
Collect mandatory Theatre Information during Discharge

The new feature handles the ability to collect mandatory theatre information that cant be defaulted in the admission category during discharge.
Configuration required in Global Settings Directory.
Admission: Theatre Data Collection at Discharge must be set: TRUE (default is False). "True" is when a patient is discharged, then the discharge screen will show additional fields that shall require mandatory completion based on following rules.
Enforced data collection for Day Procedures requiring Theatre upon Discharge
Same Day status and Episode type are made mandatory in Discharge process.
Theatre Band 2, 3 or 4 will prompt the user to enter theatre times and anaesthetic type.
