CareRight has inbuilt PDF Default printing templates for
- Invoice (1 Page, 2 Page, 3 Page, 4 pages)
- Receipts (4 transactions maximum, 8 transactions)
- Receipts for Combined payments ( 4 transactions maximum, 8 transactions)
- Pathology/Radiology Request Forms
- HC21 (Right Side only, Left Side Only, Full HC21)
- Cancer Notifications (SACR)
This will override if no Custom PDF Templates are configured in CareRight.
Access/Download Default PDF Templates
- Click Administration.
- Click Correspondence
- Click Printing Templates
- The PDF printing templates screen will display,it has two sections:
- Custom Templates: These are printing templates customized for your practice or individual medical providers
- Default Templates: These are PDF printing templates supplied as out-of-the-box functionality in CareRight. These cannot be modified.

- This can be Downloaded directly from the Download Button
