Appointment Reminder SMS
CareRight allows you to automatically send Appointment related SMS messages for different circumstances, such as
- After an appointment is created, or
- Appointment reminders etc.
There are configurations required by the system administrator for
- Creating SMS template
- Link the template with appointment triggers
- Link the SMS template with appropriate appointment Types
Please refer to SMS Overview in the system admin guide for more information on configurations.
No manual action is required for the triggering of appointment SMS once it is been configured correctly, However, all the trigger SMS related to an appointment can be viewed,
- Right-click on the appointment
- Click on Details
- Click More Information
- If triggers are created for the appointment, it will be flagged with Green banner, Click Show to see associated Correspondences
