When viewing statutory report history, you may see an icon next to a reporting period. This means some admissions within the reporting period have been altered and flagged for resubmission to the reporting body.
To see which admission records are affected:
- Navigate to: Dashboard > Location > Location Name > Statutory Reports
- Click History next to the report of interest
- Identify the reporting period containing flagged records - on the left will be an icon of an exclamation mark in a triangle
- Click Regenerate (this does not immediately regenerate the report)
- Click Show All in the Report Summary
You are now presented with a list of admissions that will be included if the report is regenerated. The status of "Altered" indicates they have changed since they were first reported.
