Select All Schedules to view a list of all active schedules including those that are fully enrolled. The Waitlist Count field displays the current number of patients waiting to enrol for the program.
Enrol Column and Enrol Button
The Enrol column displays the number of patients currently enrolled (first value) out of the number of maximum enrollees (second value).
The Enrol button is used to view any system messages relating to the waitlist and to display the users currently on the waitlist for the program. To use, click Enrol.
In the example below, the number of enrolments is at the maximum of 5 for the program schedule. The Waitlist panel, below, displays all patients currently on the waitlist. At any time you can remove them from the waitlist by clicking Remove or go forward with enrolling them by clicking Enrol.
