The assessment builder enables the building of electronic forms inside CareRight that can be linked to a patient.
They can be used to replace paper forms, collect patient data in a guided manner, perform calculations, or other tasks.
At a basic level, assessments are electronic forms which present a list of questions to the user. Answers can be free-text, selections from lists, dates, or other data.
