About this Release

In each release there may be new features and functions that require one or all of the following:

· Purchase of a module to access

· User Training

· Specific process to be used to ensure the correct functioning

Please read the release notes and the corresponding manual pages to ensure that you understand the changes being made, what module they are associated with, and how they impact your business processes.

Enhancements

Display location address in the Appointment booking screen

CareRight will now display the location address when booking appointments.

Dataset reporting on the number of nights

Users can now report on the number of nights in admission, it will count the admission days based on the number of nights.

The way the data can be fetched from the dataset is by linking the column number_of_nights on the Admissions table

This will result;

Dataset reporting on Staff members and Location

It is now easier to join Locations for Staff Members and vice versa.

The way the data can be fetched from the dataset is by linking the staff member and Location table.

Security for Professional Contacts

Users with Admin Role are no longer automatically granted professional contact permission. All existing users have been migrated.

Allow Guarantor configure for different Outpatient and Inpatient rates

CareRight can now recognize when a patient is an OutPatient, and a different rate should be applied based on accommodation, for health fund groups. Previously this behavior only applied to Medicare and Private Guarantors.

Update for the Generic table - Nationality 

Previously, the nationality selections available were limited. This has now been expanded to mirror the Australian Standard Classification of Cultural and Ethnic Groups (ASCCEG), including updated codes.

For backward compatibility, existing entries are not removed - in some cases, this may result in duplicated selections.

Set default patient location - Global Setting

Patients can now be created in a default location. This is a global level setup

Printing HC21 - More fields 

The following fields will now print in the HC21.

• Inter Hospital Contracted Patient
• Provider Number of Hospital Transferred From
• Provider Number of Hospital Transferred To

Display Room Number on Patient Banner

There are no specific configurations required for this, by default, the banner will now display the room number for all the admitted patients.

A new element in assessment builder - Time Picker

Similar to a date control, assessments now allow you to input a structured time.

Enhancement to read SAML claims to determine security group

Previously, the system allowed users to set a blanket, a default group for users. Now, CareRight can read a particular claim, ie, Department, and find a matching security group for new users to be allocated to.

Translated labels for MRN and CRN in the appointment booking screen

Previously, the system did not correctly translate all labels in the Appointment screens, even when customized, this is now fixed
