About Images in CareRight
- Images can be uploaded into the patient record.
- These can then be categorised, compared or drawn on.
- CareRight allows you to upload multiple images by dragging and dropping them into the browser.
Filter and Search for an Image
- Use the filter at the top of the Image Gallery or the Image Comparison screen to display images matching the selection made.
- The free text search will search the image comments field.
- To search and filter images taken within a date range use the Search facility in the Image Gallery.
- Clicking Search shows and hides the search criteria.
Draw on an Image
- The Drawing tool allows you to mark up an image.
- You have the option of drawing and entering text.
- The magnify glass allows you to zoom in and out.
- Clicking Save keeps you in the Drawing tool, whilst Exit will save changes and take you back to the Image Comparison screen.
Please note: Once you have drawn on an image, you can no longer rotate it.
Adding Text to an Image
- Click the Aa button (Text).
- Click on the area you wish to write text over.
- Type your text.
- Click anywhere on the image outside of the text area (else the text will not save).
