Overview
You can book two types of appointments:
- A standard Appointment - this is an appointment attached to a patient, and
- A Reservation - this is an appointment that is not attached to a patient. It reserves a block of time in the calendar that can be:
- converted to a patient appointment, or,
- released
Note: When you have active reservations, you will notice a small flag in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Clicking on this flag will allow you to go to the My Reservations page. Reservations will only display what was booked under your log in/profile The role permission "Can edit appointment reservations " should be enabled for the group the user belongs to for converting a reservation to an appointment. |
