Followups - Provider View

A provider can access any outstanding items where follow-up is set:

Accessing Follow Ups

From the CR Dashboard:

  1. Click Providers.
  2. Select specific Provider from list.
  3. Select Show.
    1. The Provider menu will display.
  4. Select Followups.
    1. The follow-ups screen will display the following fields for any outstanding items.
