Print HC21 Form

This section is only applicable if you use CareRight for In Hospital Claiming (IHC).

How to Print the HC21 Form

To print the HC21 Form:

1. Search for a patient.
2. Click Show.
3. Click Print HC21. The display of the HC21 form depends on how your Administrator has opted to show HC21 forms:
   • The print dialog screen will automatically appear.
