Similar to Merging a Patient, CareRight provides tools for merging, archiving and consolidating contact records into one record.
A contact can be merged into a Patient, another Contact or simply archived.
Once merged, the record is typically archived. The record can be viewed by including active patients when searching.
Viewing the merged record will show the current record.
