The bind DN is the domain that you use to for Windows logins followed by \{login} - see below - may take a bit of trial and error to setup. To test your settings, setup a LDAP user in CareRight (the CareRight username should be the same as their LDAP login).
Then change the settings in Global Settings > CareRight to see what works - it should allow you to log in to CareRight if you get it right
