Patients can have a number of different addresses stored in the system such as Home, Postal and Work. These are all stored as 'Contact Details' against a Patient Summary.
The Phone Number display on the Banner can only display one Contact Number at a time, in the following manner:
- Mobile Phone - if not present then, 2. Home Phone, if not present then 3. Work.
- Note: It does not display phone numbers in the Address records (Home/Postal/Work), nor does it display the Fax number
If a patient has provided consent to receive SMS and email communications, please set the following fields to "Yes":
- Allow Clinical Correspondence via SMS
- Allow Clinical Correspondence via Email
If a patient has provided consent to receive SMS and email communications other than clinical correspondence please set the following fields to "Yes":

- Subscribe to updates by Email
