Add a Provider Number to a Professional Contact

If a referring Practitioner is not in the list due to a provider number not being present, then you can add a provider number:

1. Click Professional Contacts.
2. Search for the contact that does not have a provider number.
3. Click Edit.
4. Fill in the provider number field.
5. Click Update Practitioner.
6. You can now add the Medical referral. Go back to the start of section Add a Medical referral and run through the steps again. The practitioner should now be available in the list.
