If a referring Practitioner is not in the list due to a provider number not being present, then you can add a provider number:
- Click Professional Contacts.
- Search for the contact that does not have a provider number.
- Click Edit.
- Fill in the provider number field.
- Click Update Practitioner.
- You can now add the Medical referral. Go back to the start of section Add a Medical referral and run through the steps again. The practitioner should now be available in the list.
