About this Release

In each release there may be new features and functions that require one or all of the following:

· Purchase of a module to access

· User Training

· Specific process to be used to ensure the correct functioning

Please read the release notes and the corresponding manual pages to ensure that you understand the changes being made, what module they are associated with, and how they impact your business processes.

Phone Systems > Click to Dial

We've adjusted the telephone links in CareRight to be clickable links by default.

If your organisation deploys a phone system with a desktop client or compatible browser extension; it's now a lot easier to click-to-outbound call.

Programs > Improve upcoming vs past sessions UX

We've slightly improved the discoverability of "past" sessions. 

Appointment Notifications > Expand to be able to communicate with a patient's designated contact

Where a patient is under 14 years old, or there is a legal guardian; we've improved the ability to schedule reminders and similar not to the patient, but the designated contact.

Letters (by email) > Expand to be able to communicate with a patient's designated contact

We've enabled emailing a nominated parent or similar contact when sending letters; where a legal guardian or younger patient is being communicated with.

Admin > Alert Definitions > Allergy > Link allergies to SNOMED classifications

Customers can define their allergy lists and link to the underlying SNOMED terminology; in addition to MIMS.

Allergies > Capture onset age, or onset date/time

An approximate onset age or onset date/time is now possible to capture when documenting Allergies.

Allergies > Capture more detailed known adverse reactions linked to SNOMED

Dashboard > Add ‘my cases’ dashboard widget

For Case Workers, we've added a preview of the active cases, or cases being prepared to the dashboard.

Dashboard > Add ‘my program sessions’ dashboard widget

Providers will now see Today's programs and a preview of their Programs on the dashboard.

Admin > Locations > Import from CSV

We've added the ability to import/update locations from an external source.

Patient Portal > Manage my Medicare, DVA and Health Fund details

CareRight now supports customers validating their Medicare, DVA and Health Fund details via the patient portal.

Admin > Workflow > Improved warnings

To simplify publication of workflows, we've more prominently surfaced warnings and guidance for common misconfigurations.
