This section enables you to hide/ display certain patient fields from the Patient Summary Screen in CareRight. This functionality is useful if there are region specific fields not required to be seen by your users. You can also use this functionality to customise the Patient Summary Screen.
The Section areas you can customise are:
- Accounting
- Benefit
- Contact
- Demographics
- Healthcare
- Hearing Services
- Identity
Please be aware that there are Ethnicity fields for Australia and New Zealand. Therefore if one set are used then the other set need to be hidden.
Hide a Patient field.
From the Administration Menu:
- Select Patients Menu.
- Select Person Fields sub-menu item.
- Search / Scroll to locate the field you wish to hide.
- Select the Disable, a warning message will appear, select OK.
- The field will now be hidden from display.
Display a (hidden) Patient field.
From the Administration Menu:
- Select Patients Menu.
- Select Person Fields menu.
- Search / Scroll to locate the field you wish to hide
- Select the Enable Button, a warning message will appear, select OK
- The field will now be displayed on the Patient Summary screen.
