CareRight has been configured to ensure the printing of prescriptions aligns to known Prescription paper. To our knowledge there maybe 3 different types of prescription paper:
- 4004_10/09
- 4004 (08/06) (this is an A4 sheet of paper)
- PB023.1408 (this is not an A4 sheet of paper)
If when you print a prescription the alignment is slightly off then the current settings can be altered to accommodate different paper.
This can be done in Administration > Global Settings.
There are three different fields that can be configured to align the content with the prescription paper.
- Prescribing Max Authority Script
- Prescribing Max Normal Script
- Prescribing Top Margin Offset - Change this value to alter the margin size - this will be based on the type of prescription paper you use.
