There are changes in QHAPDC and VAED statutory reporting.

QHAPDC

1. Change in  mode_of_separation:

• N from value 15 to value 22 - Residential aged care service, which is not the usual place of residence.
• 2 from value 15 to value 21 - Residential aged care service, which is the usual place of residence.

2. Added qhapdc_standard_unit_code:

• CTOX - Clinical Toxicology

VAED

1. change in  mode_of_separation:

• N to value L - Separation and transfer to a residential aged care facility, which is the usual place of residence
• VN from value N to value L - Separation and transfer to a residential aged care facility, which is the usual place of residence
• 2 from value N to value J - Separation and transfer to a residential aged care facility, which is not the usual place of residence
• Add C - Emergency Use

2. Change in the field source_of_referral:

• 4 from value T to value Q - Emergency use

3. vaed_program_identifier:

• rename description of Program Identifier A to NDIS participant
• rename description of Program Identifier B to COVID-19 surge response
• remove 07 - NDIS participant from this years VAED
• Add 11 - Emergency use 11
• Add 12 - Emergency use 12

4. vaed_accommodation_type:

• remove C - Nursery accommodation: NICU/SCN from this years VAED
• Add K - Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Add U - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Add N - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Add A - Special Care Nursery (SCN)

No changes required to NSECNR stat reporting.

HCP

No changes required to HCP stat reporting.
