Viewing Historic Measurements

1. Search for a patient.
2. Click Show.
3. In the Main Menu, click Measurements.
   1. The Measurements screen appears.
4. Click History for a measurement. The following information will be displayed:
   1. A graph of historical measurements taken. Hovering your mouse over sections of the graph will provide actual dates and exact measurements; and,
   2. A table history for that metric, including the measurement results, who entered the measurement and the date of the measurement.

Measurement Errors

If a measurement has been entered by mistake, or a misreading of the measurement has been represented, click Strike.  Enter a reason for the strike and click Ok.

That particular measurement will be removed from both the displayed graph and the table.
