How to check Statutory Report for changed Admissions?
If you are finding that an "!" when you view stat reporting this means that a modification has been made to one of the admissions that was included in the stat report. To keep the statutory report body happy you should regenerate and submit the file with the changes that have been made to the admissions.
To find out what admissions have changed clicking the Regenerate button. Before the stat report is regenerated it will direct you to a summary page.
At the bottom of the summary page you will see the total number of admissions that will be included in the stat report. Clicking the Show button will then give you a summary of the admissions that will be included in this stat report. Clicking the Run Report button will generate a new stat report. NOTE: This report will supersede any previous run status reports for this month.
The summary page will detail in the status if new records or altered records will be included in the report.
