Private Account Types can be used when Providers have different rates for different situation/ different classes of Patients i.e. Concession Rates, Military personal etc

Private Account Types

Edit a Private Account Type

The name of the Account Types is customisable. This ensure you are able to set Account Type names which are more relevant to your organisation.

1. Click Administration.
2. Select Accounting form the Menu.
3. Select Private Account Types sub-menu.
   1. The Patient Types screen will display with 5 options.
4. Select the Edit button next to the Account Type you wish to change.
   1. The Edit screen will display and you can enter the customised name.
5. Select Update Setup rate definition button.

Please Note: These Account Types will display when creating a Private Patient Account.
