Suggested Assessments are recommended assessments or activities to perform.
Manually adding
To manually create a suggested assessment, visit Patient > Assessments > Suggested Assessments > New.
You can select the assessments that should likely be performed.
Area under active development: From CareRight 7.7.0 onwards, these are being increasingly linked with Care Plans and Charting. The documented options below are subject to change.
You can optionally set:
- A deadline - for when this suggested assessment should be carried out by
- An expiry date - for example, performing an assessment after someone's discharge is of little value
- A completion strategy - an indicator of when the assessment should be completed by.
- Before/After next appointment
- Before/After discharge
- Before/After next program session
- Whether the suggested item is linked with an activity or not.
