The Future Appointment replacement variables give access to certain fields on the Appointment create/edit screen. They use data from the next upcoming appointment for the patient at the time of letter generation.
The Variable name matches the field on the appointment create/edit screen.
List of Future Appointment Replacement Variables:
- { Future Date } - Date of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Start Time } - Day of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Start Time } - Start time of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Start Time 12 Hour } - Start time of the next upcoming appointment i.e 3:00pm
- { Future Duration } - Duration of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Provider } - Provider name of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Location } - Location Description of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Appointment Type } - Appointment Type of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Session } - Session Description of the next upcoming appointment
- { Future Notes } - Notes for the next upcoming appointment
