System Requirements
Hardware
By default, Careright is a Cloud Hosted application, and accessible from any modern laptop, PC, Android or iOS device with an appropriate browser.
Software
We recommend Chrome (99.0.4844 or higher), Firefox (70.0 or higher) or Microsoft Edge.
CareRight will typically function on older browser, but may be subject to rendering issues or reduced usability.
Internet Explorer 11 (end of life June 2022)
- Known issues with Timezones.
Network connectivity
We recommend high speed internet. NBN connectivity of any kind will work well (12 to 25 Mbps).
Non cloud installations - We reserve the private network range 10.3.0.0/16 as a support network via a secure VPN.
Other requirements
CareRight is available in limited circumstances for enterprise style deployment and self hosting.
