View a Patient > My Health Record
Once the correct permissions are created, a user will see the following in the patient Record.
1. My Health Record added to the left hand side Menu
2. My Health Record banner at the top next to the patient name
3. Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI)
Where the system has automatically matched the details of the patient, you are able to then access the full My Health Record details, applicable for your role.
Additionally, this is presented in the patient header; with an indicator of status. Where a patient's record is not available, it will present in a different color to alert the user. Simply mouse over the button for a brief explaination.
