Adding a New Diagnosis

To record a Diagnosis against the Admission Record for the first time,  follow these steps.

1. Search for a patient.
2. Click Show.
3. In the Main Menu, click Admissions.
4. Select the ARN of the admission (opens the show) screen or click the Current Admission link
5. Click Edit Admission, scroll down to Diagnoses > click on Diagnoses text field
6. Select the diagnosis codes 
7. Scroll down to the admission page, Click Update
