Follow the steps below to disable a Document Type.
- Click Administration
- Select Correspondence menu item.
- Select Documents.
- The Document Types screen will display.
- Select the Edit button.
- Ensure Enabled is NOT checked/ticked.
- Select Update Document Type button to save.
Please Note: You cannot delete a document type.
