About this Release

In each release there may be new features and functions that require one or all of the following:

· Purchase of a module to access

· User Training

· Specific process to be used to ensure the correct functioning

Please read the release notes and the corresponding manual pages to ensure that you understand the changes being made, what module they are associated with, and how they impact your business processes.

Major Features

Plans and Entitlements

Main article: Plans and Entitlements.

For customers who work with:

• NDIS Budgets
• Medicare Mental Health Care Plans
• Medicare & Allied Health Better Access Plans
• Medicare Eating Disorder Plans
• or need to track patient entitlements to programs

We have expanded our capabilities to track and manage usage. Combined with our Smart Form Automation and Online Enquiries/Referrals, this allows you to design intake assessments for eligibility; track patient usage of a plan; automatically build invoices resulting from your consultations, & trigger workflows to measure outcomes.

Enhancements

Appointments > Add support for Assistants in Consultation, and relabelling

Where your practice either:

• Performs surgery with primary doctors and assistant surgeons or
• Operates in a consultation modality, with teaching or multiple providers

You can now set up additional parties assisting with a particular appointment. For procedure appointments, users will notice we surface the assisting provider in the calendar views.

Letters > Replacement Variables > Health Fund Detail

A new replacement variable is available to output all health fund details

Letters > Replacement Variables > Patient Account Details

A new replacement variable is available to detail all current patient accounts, inclusive any claim details.

Unified Code for Units of Measure

CareRight now features a full list of Metric Units based on Unified Code for Units of Measure - Common Units.

Customers are encouraged to review any custom units they have defined.

Default Metrics

We have consolidated the most commonly set up metrics and measurements in the system across a number of our customers.

Lookup Tables > Ability to import DBF files

In addition to supporting CSV, we now also support importing DBF files.

Lookup Tables > Autocomplete controls in Assessments

We've introduced a new Autocomplete control that allows for searching over very large datasets, and filtering to specific categories or criteria.

Infrastructure > Ability to migrate content to alternative storage tiers

We've revised our infrastructure offerings, to allow for infrequently used attachments to be moved to secure cloud "cold" storage.

This will be available to all cloud hosted customers, and on premise customers with appropriate solution design over the coming 12 months.
