Any document automatically imported by CareRight shows as "Unmatched". Documents need to be matched to a patient after they are imported.
Currently there is no way to automatically match a document to a patient - this is a manual step.
Unmatched Documents
- By default, documents will be ordered by the "Updated at" parameter.
- Users can sort documents by type.
- Clickable column headers enable users to sort by patient, provider, date, status and notes.
