Theatre List Screen

The Theatre List screen shows all theatre sessions for a specific four week period:

  • Last week
  • This week
  • The next two weeks

 

This screen acts as a summary and lists any theatre sessions for the time periods above.

The following fields are displayed:

You can perform the following actions from this screen:

  • Show - Takes you into the Theatre List
  • Print - Prints the Theatre List
  • Print Operation Report - Prints all Operation Reports for this Theatre List

Troubleshooting tip: If a theatre session does not appear, contact your system administrator. They need to configure the session to use a Calendar Session Type marked "Enabled for Theatre".

The Theatre List module allows you to manage theatre Lists for external hospitals.

Key features:

  • Use the appointment system to record theatre bookings and follow up booking.
  • New appointment fields for theatre bookings such as procedure, hospital notes, fasting time, plus more.
  • Generate letters for theatre bookings and post op appointments.
  • Print formatted theatre lists.
  • Print formatted operation reports.
  • Record if all preparatory steps have been completed for a theatre list.
  • Assign default anaesthetists to a theatre list.


Optional configuration

The theatre list can optionally show cancelled appointments, allowing you to maximise the utilisation of theatre resources or re-book in particular patients.

This can be enabled under System Administration > Appointment > Calendar Options by selecting Show cancelled Appointments in Theatre List.
