CareRight comes in the following 'flavours' and each can accept a maximum file size:

- Flavour → CareRight Postgres - Typically run by clients with 1-20 users
- Flavour → CareRight MSSQL - Typically an Enterprise level solution, run by clients with 20+ users and their own IT Support Department as it requires more complex infrastructure
- Host Type → Internal - CareRight runs on a server within your network and is accessed via a network connection
- Host Type → External - CareRight runs on a server outside of your network and is accessed over the Internet via SSL - AKA in the Cloud
