Healthcare professionals have the ability to view and upload Patient's My Health Record directly from CareRight. This functionality contributes to better patient care by giving access to records such as Medications, Allergies, Discharged Summaries that were uploaded by other Healthcare Professionals; as well as, Pathology and Radiology uploaded by laboratories and hospitals.

Overview of Patient's My Health Record
The Health Record Overview will provide access to a range of useful information. The most recent Shared Health Summary, which includes
- Medical problems, procedures, diagnoses, and more.
- Medicines
- Immunisations
- Allergies and Adverse Reactions
- Author of the Shared Health Summary
- Links to recent or relevant views.
It will also enable an authorised Health Professional to Upload Prescriptions, Letters and Discharge Summaries.
