Patient Assessments List

Assessments can be run at many levels, the most type is a Patient Assessment.

Access via Patient > Assessments

You will be presented with a list view of all Current assessments, as well as the ability to Run a New Assessment


You can utilise the Search to filter for a specific assessment of interest, ie: DASS 21 by keyword.

You can choose to Sort by age.

You can choose to show only assessments in a partial State (Draft, Submitted for Approval, Approved, Cancelled, Archived)


Filtering and Sorting of Assessments

Specific assessment can be searched by selecting list of current patient assessment from the drop down options.

Assessment content can by sorted by Newest | Oldest Created, Newest | Oldest Performed and Newest | Oldest Approved.


In addition, content can also be filtered by state:

Users can filter the assessment by clicking on the blue filter icon. Upon clicking, a new tab will open displaying the current list of that specific assessment. Here, users can view who conducted the assessment, when it was conducted, and if there are any calculations present, they will also be presented in  readable format.

You can utilise the Filter dropdown to see a list of only a specific assessment over time.

If your system administrator has configured Assessment Summary Display fully, you can see a list of key measurements.

Clicking into the smaller filter link will present you with an optimised "basic chart" view

If you have sufficient permissions, you will be presented with options depending on the assessment status:

Viewing Cancelled, or Archived Assessments

Select Cancelled from the Archived drop-down menu. By default, cancelled assessments are not displayed in the Archived Assessments panel — Cancelled must be selected from the drop-down. 

Cancelled archived assessments can be copied as new assessments by selecting Copy from the Show drop-down menu.

When viewing a cancelled assessment, a message appears reminding users that the assessment was cancelled.
