Charts are an evolution of the CareRight Measurements & Metrics and Smart Forms (Assessments) capabilities.
Experimental feature: This is not generally available to all customers at this time, and is subject to further revision.
We have extended the core capabilities of our Metrics and Assessments functionality; allowing for a Fluid Chart to be created. This is different from a Chart as no graphing is necessary but Input and Output metrics must be totaled for the day. 
Entering Data is still done through an assessment. Backdating assessed at allows backdating of measurements if necessary
inputs:
- ORAL - oral_feed_input_ml
- ENTERAL - fluid_enteral_ml and enteral_meds_ml
- Other (eg TPN) - phng_input_ml
outputs:
- URINE - urine_output_ml and fluid_urine_ml
- VOMITUS - fluid_emesis_ml
- GASTRIC ASPORATE -
- STOOL - stool_output_ml
- OTHER (eg sputum) -fluid_blood_loss_ml
Pagination of the results is Per day to ensure that:
- Intake Total
- Output Total
is totaled correctly for each day.
We expect to further evolve this functionality to integrate more deeply with our workflow capabilities and automated scoring. IE; where observations and the guidance of your clinical governance standard recommend a Clinical Review; automatically prompting clinical staff to create appropriate Followups, supporting Clinical Notes for any interventions.
