Script Paper
CareRight has been configured to ensure the printing of prescriptions aligns to known Prescription paper. There may be 3 different types of prescription paper:
- 4004_10/09
- 4004 (08/06) (this is an A4 sheet of paper)
- PB023.1408 (this is not an A4 sheet of paper)
Paper Alignment
If when you print a prescription the alignment is slightly off then the current settings can be altered to accommodate different paper. This is a System Admin task.

Number of Medications printed on Script
To control the number of Medications printed on script; see Global Settings
Print a Medication on separate Script paper
To print a medication on a separate script paper when multiple medications are prescribed.
Tick the option: Print Separate
Please Note: For Non-MIMS Clients, a proper workaround is applicable such as adding the active ingredients and brand name in the Custom Drug description to comply with the Printing Prescription Legislation changes - Feb 2021. Refer Custom Drugs in System Admin guide .
