About this Release

In each release there may be new features and functions that require one or all of the following:

· Purchase of a module to access

· User Training

· Specific process to be used to ensure the correct functioning

Please read the release notes and the corresponding manual pages to ensure that you understand the changes being made, what module they are associated with, and how they impact your business processes.

Enhancements

Programs > Ability to configure an overall assessment for a program session

To more easily automate repetitive actions, such as recording one clinical note for each attendee of a program session; it is now possible to run a program session level assessment per provider.

The patient portal shows relevant contact information for a patient's given facility/location.

Patient measurements/metrics were not previously available to the reporting system, we have ensured these are visible to datasets.

Workflow > Assign a stage to myself

For teams working in a shared list, we've added one-click "assign" of a task to a person, as a quick indicator of who's doing what.

HI Service > Level 4.1 conformance - Pre-populate first six digits of HPI-I, IHI, HPI-O

Our system now assists you further when manually entering a HPI-I, HPI-O or IHI to validate as you type, and provide suggestions if you are keying in only the remaining digits

Ability to remove send/print buttons in correspondence

In a learning environment, you may wish to only provide certain access to correspondence authors.

A new permission is available.

When enabled, users can only create draft correspondence.

We've made adjustments to the built in import configuration screens, to better explain how to configure patient imports.

Assessments > Radio Buttons > Read only mode now only shows selected option

Previously, all radio options were displayed.

Now, similar to a select, only the chosen option is displayed
