6.76.1 Release Notes

About this Release

In each release there may be new features and functions that require one or all of the following:

Enhancements

Add mandatory notes field on deposits applies to more areas

Receipt note made mandatory on the following deposits

- Receipt a manual batch return
- Receipt an unallocated deposit
- Reallocate a legacy receipt
- Reallocate a medicare batch payment:

Now applies to the Pay In Full areas of the system.

Days of admission count in admission screen

Feature enhancement to include the number of admission days in the admission screen

We now display the Day Count in the navigation path


Minimum and Maximum length for displaying text area in assessments

It is now possible to specify minimums and maximums for text areas


DVA Information in QHAPDC Reports

We now properly render DVA information for QHAPDC reporting purposes


Leave days warning when adding line items to invoice for IHC

When adding line items to an IHC invoice, the system will give a warning if any leave days are recorded in the admission. Users then can choose to invoice/not to invoice for the leave days.


Invoice and Line item level extra codes are exposed to printing templates

Invoice and Line item level extra codes are now can now be customized to print into invoice templates 


Patient relationship fields are exposed to Dataset Reports

Following fields in Patient Relationships now available In dataset reporting

  • Title
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Relationship
  • Home Phone
  • Work Phone
  • Mobile phone
  • Emergency Contact(Y/N)
  • Consent to contact(Y/N)
