Before SMS are operational, some setup needs to be done.
One off setup
The following is done once and typically will not need to be changed:
- Enter settings for Message Media (CareRight only supports SMS sending via Sinch MessageMedia).
- Set SMS from details in Locations.
- Set Permissions.
- Set Appointment Status conditions.
Configuration
The following SMS configuration should be done at the initial setup of CareRight and can be changed as and when your business practices change:
- Create Message Types and Templates
- Set up Appointment Triggers
