To enable use of the National Data Exchange for SafeScript/QScript/similar, your CareRight instance is pre-configured with credentials.
This is available in Administration > System > National Data Exchange
Provider Setup
For each provider wishing to use RTPM in CareRight, enable National Data Exchange Prescription Monitoring.
Coupled with appropriate RTPM software, this will ensure the prescriber will be compliant with monitoring requirements.
If there are issues, prescribers will see an alert instructing them to consult their RTPM software.
