Overview
You can access the Appointment Report in two ways,
- From CareRight inbuilt Reports
- From appointment List View
Note: Reports can be saved for a future time or make public to be available for all users. Please refer to reporting overview for more information. |
1. From the CareRight Report menu
- Click Reports on the left-hand menu.
- Click New Report.
- Click Appointment Report.
- Below is the Available Fields table
- Select from the drop-down list to sort the various section by their properties. Also, some of the time sections can be select to adjust their date format.
- Use the check box on the left of each field to indicate if you want it to appear in the report.
- Drag and drop fields to re-order the list. You can do this by left-clicking on the section on the right of the field and dragging the field up or down the list.
- You can also sort and group the fields accordingly. Group will group results into categories.
- Available Sub-sections
- Check tick boxes such as Notices, Alerts, and Allergies if they need to be
- Report date range
- Add a filter if necessary. This allows you to exclude or include certain data.
- For example, you may only want to see appointments that are booked and confirmed.
- If you have added filters, choose a report logic to either select appointments matching ALL or any filters.
- Date Range: Not entering a date range may cause the system to hang as it will extract all appointments EVER booked.

2. From Appointment List View
A more detailed appointment report can be printed from the appointment List view.
