Deleting a Diagnosis

Once a diagnosis has been added, it can be deleted.

1. Search for a patient.
2. Click Show.
3. In the Main Menu, click Admissions.
4. From the list of admissions, select the ARN Hyperlink of the admission.
5. Scroll down to Diagnoses.
6. Click Edit.
7. Scroll down to the bottom where the Diagnoses are listed.
8. Click Delete.
9. Click OK to confirm.
   1. Note: Any lower priority diagnosis entries will be promoted in priority to fill the gap caused by the deletion.
