Medicare Participants

The Medicare Participants screen will show which ones are enabled for online claiming.  This list will pre-populated with a listing of Medicare Participants however may need to be Refreshed from time to time as Health Funds may change.  For the instances where health funds may merge or new regions are created, these may need editing.  

1. Click Administration.
2. Select Medicare Participants from menu.
   1. The Medicare Participants screen will display.
3. Select the Refresh button at the top of the screen.
   1. CareRight will communicate with Medicare and retrieve the most up to date listing of participants.
4. This report will also provide contact details for the Health Funds and their capabilities i.e If they accept OPV or OEC.
