To submit a rehabilitation claim
- Ensure the Care Type of the episode is Rehabilitation
- Make sure you've completed a FIM / WeeFIM assessment at admission and discharge.
- When creating an IHC Claim you can now access data entry for FIM Score at Admission and FIM Score at Discharge.
- You can now additionally access data entry for an AROC Impairment Code, and an AN-SNAP Class, as well as Casemix Codes.
