The following is required for MHR to work in CareRight for a Patient

  • Successful OPV,  valid Medicare details must be in the patient record in order to complete the IHI lookup
  • Patient Title must be recorded in CareRight

If these are missing then an alert will display when viewing or uploading patients record to My Health Record
