The Current Appointment replacement variables give access to all fields on the Appointment create/edit screen. These are only available within Appointment Letters.
They use the current appointment for this patient, and can be generated from the Appointments module > Right Click on an Appointment > Correspondence
The Variable name matches the field on the appointment create/edit screen. e.g. { Current Start Date } = Start Date of the appointment

- ·{ Current Location } - Location of the appointment
- ·{ Current Theatre Location } - Displays Service Location if set for the Calendar Session Type
- ·{ Current Appointment Type } - Appointment Type e.g. Surgery

- ·{ Current Notes } - Appointment Notes

- ·{ Current Fasting Time } - Fasting Time 24-hour format e.g. 06:00
- ·{ Current Pre op Hospital Note } - Typically for the hospital's eyes only, do not use in patient letters
