Confidence values can assist you with better understanding the recorded Metric.
For example:
- Clinical - 100% certainty as it was capture by clinical staff.
- Non Clinical - 80% certainty as the information was provided by the patient.
Please Note: Confidence levels need to be set up before they can be selected against a Metric Value.
To add a Confidence level
- Click Administration.
- Select Metrics from the menu.
- Select Confidence level sub menu item.
- The Confidence levels screen will display with the following fields:

Enabled | This indicates if the Confidence Level is active and will then appear as an available value on a patient record. | Yes |

4. Select New.
5. The add New Confidence screen will display.
6. Fill in the following fields:
