CareRight supports both internally generated identifiers, and identifiers for external systems.

Does CareRight provide APIs for a data warehouse?
We recommend a more traditional ETL (Extract Transform Load) approach. This removes complexity around message reliability, timeouts, and similar in favour of generally well established database level tools.
While our HL7 and other APIs can be used to push real time updates, data extraction is the most reliable in our view.
