Resend an IMC Claim in Problem Status
Medicare will reject the claim if there any issues. The associated processing report will give detailed information on why Medicare rejected the claim. Refer to Processing Reports for more information.
Claim status of the invoice then will change to Claim Error. You can see the Claim via the Claim button at the top.
- Click the Claim button.
- Three different buttons are available in this tab.
- Reset - The user can edit the Invoice to amend the changes for resubmitting the claim with correct information.
- Ignore - To Ignore, unable to resubmit IMC.
- Processing Report - For accessing the associated processing report.
