All referring practitioners are found in CareRight under "Professional Contacts".
The length of the referral depends on the professional category of the Professional Contact (referring practitioner). A professional category is linked to a Group and the default referral length is inherited from the group.

- Click Administration.
- Select Professional Categories menu item.
- The Professional Categories screen will display with the following values.
- From here you can add a New category or edit an existing one.
